Toddlers

For Children Ages 18 Months – 3 Years

Your child learns so much during the first three years of their life: walking, talking and playing with others while they discover and engage with the world around them. The attention and nurturing a child receives during this time directly impacts their rate of language acquisition, social skills development, and overall health and well-being.

We know how important this is to you, and it’s equally important to us.

That’s why our Stamford daycare & new Wilton daycare have exceptionally low teacher-to-student ratios, with two CT early learning center teachers in every infant and toddler classroom, creating a personalized experience at both our Stamford daycare and Wilton daycare locations.

It also takes room to grow! That’s why we have more space per child, exceeding CT early learning center state standards, so your child has the space they need to play and learn!

Our CT Early Learning Center Uses: The Creative Curriculum

The Love of Learning Begins.
This is the time that your child begins building the skill set they’ll use throughout their entire life. Our CT early learning center teachers provide the essential support and guidance needed to help your child achieve developmental milestones and truly begin to foster their love of learning.

Physical Development

Physical Development

Healthy fun and age-appropriate physical activities have your child hopping, running, skipping, galloping and learning that active lifestyles are fun lifestyles. The fundamentals of teamwork and working together are introduced at this stage. Learning how to be a good sport, experiencing the feelings of winning and losing, and the other skills taught here prepare your child for success in all spheres of life.

Intellectual Growth

Intellectual Growth

Essential CT early learning programs introduce your child to the world of learning. Games, lessons, and activities are geared to encourage curiosity, foster creativity, and generate excitement while your child learns and grows.

Social Skills

Social Skills

Group play and one-on-one time with our CT early learning center teachers provide the best way to learn how to build strong, healthy relationships. Children learn how to be part of a team, as well as the self-helping skills that promote independence and self expression.

Language

Language Skills

Our early childhood education teachers integrate story time and morning discussion to promote conversation and listening skills. Several stories are incorporated into lesson planning to foster a child’s love of reading at an early age.
