Our educators take great pride in creating classroom environments that encourage exploration and spark curiosity. Infants - 6 weeks to 12 months old

The infant program at Building Blocks is the stepping stone to your child’s development. Our enriching environment offers space for infants to explore using their senses in a home-like setting of safety, comfort, and security. Caregivers use an approach that prioritizes nurturing care while encouraging sensory learning, creativity, and imaginative play - all while providing a sense of belonging and calmness.

Our infant classrooms allow for a flexible balance of experiences that enhance the following: Language and Literacy, Physical Development and Health, Music and Movement, Social-Emotional Development, and Cognition.

Transitional Toddlers - 12 months to 24 months old

Now that your child is on the go, they are ready to enter our Tiny Tots program! A program designed to transition your child from an infant to a toddler.  With classrooms that are designed to help with each child’s transition, the children have the space to explore and grow.

Toddlers - 1 to 3 year olds

Our toddler program promotes rich learning opportunities where children are encouraged to collaborate and investigate together, prompting their early and developing social skills. While experimenting, problem-solving, and extending their critical-thinking skills, they take part in activities of interest that are developmentally appropriate.

Toddlers are quite creative, inquisitive, flexible, purposeful, and reflective. Our learning environments are created with sustainable and culturally appropriate resources to further encourage and stimulate their growing understanding of the world around them.
