Building blocks was an amazing experience for us as a family and for my grandson. Let’s first talk about security. No one can get in the building just by opening door you get a code and you drop off and pick up with a fingerprints which is great because that means no one can just go in the building and take your child, The teachers from the very beginning were very caring and loving, and they shared all details via email throughout your day. If I had to choose all over where to put our grandson, we would not look at any other place and go straight to building blocks.

Absolutely amazing place . Have been going there for over 3 years now. Have been sending our foster and adoptive children there. Every teacher is wonderful to them and the director and assistant director are amazing and understanding. Would highly recommend.

I would like to commend Ms. Candra and Ms. Marcy on their wonderful teaching skills with my son Lucas as well as all the children in Preschool. They have made Lucas feel welcomed and an intricate part of the preschool classroom since day one. Both of them love him like thier own as they do with all the children in Preschool. They are two of the most exceptional teachers I have every met and am greatful to have them teaching my son. Thank you ladies for all you do everyday for Lucas and the entire Preschool class!!!

Both of my children have attended Building Blocks in Hamden. I have never been let down by the staff and teachers there. My children have learned and grown in so many aspects of their lives. The facility is always clean. The teachers care for the children as if they are their own. Special shout out to Ms. Paige and Ms. Agueda (current teachers)! My daughter has come out of her shell with them and LOVES being with them and her classmates!

Wishing a happy World Teacher Day to Miss Yumi, Diamond, Shannon, and Janay. We LOVE our Building Blocks teachers and appreciate all of their caring, patient, and sincere energy. Every dropoff, we are met with a smile that lets us know it’s going to be a great day. Every pickup, the Building Blocks teachers are happy to give updates on how the day went or help you right head home with everything you need. The reports are so fun to read, the pictures are reassuring, and the activities are SUPER creative. We love the occasional take home art, and how the teachers transform the room depending on the activity, and how going outside is more than just a visit to the playground. Our son comes home ready to tell us all about the school day! Thank you BB Teachers! You are our favorite teachers!

Building Blocks Hamden is an incredible place from the top down! Stephanie and Shannon are on top of it all, making sure all runs smoothly, communication is prompt, and knowing every kiddo and adult walking through those front doors. We are so lucky to have our child with Ms. Melissa and Ms. Ciara, who provide the most caring, loving, and supportive environment for the littles. What a special group!

Building Blocks has been such a safe and welcoming community for our daughter. Ms. Nicole is so patient and kind, always taking the time to tell us extra details about our daughter’s day. It makes us feel like we were there with her. And Ms. Paula clearly has so much fun with the children- it’s wonderful to see her enjoying their time together. I cannot express how pleased I am to have my daughter participate in Building Blocks Hamden. Our family just moved here in April, and my 3-year-old daughter spends every day healthy, safe, and excited. Her teachers, Shannon, Cara, and Kara, are always smiling and interacting with my daughter and letting us know very attentively how she is doing daily. Also, the other teachers always greet her by calling my daughters name even though they are not in charge of her class. The directors, Shannon and Stephanie, have been very dependable in responding politely and promptly to our concerns and anxieties, not only about my daughter's life. Such dedication and support have built a comfortable environment for her. I am so happy and so appreciative of Early Childhood in Building Blocks! She is always so enthusiastic, and I love seeing her progress. 10/10 would recommend it!

Our family loves Building Blocks! Our son just loved Ms Melissa and the teachers in infant 1 and they did such a great job preparing him for his toddler class. He's now thriving with Ms Janine and Ms Christina. He is so happy to go to school everyday and the piece of mind we have knowing he's learning and thriving at Building Blocks is amazing.

We could not be more thankful for Building Blocks. Every teacher has showered our daughter with love, warmth and attention and Ms. Melissa especially has such a special bond with her. Ms. Stephanie and Shannon are amazing communicators and have their pulse on everything. The other families and children always look so happy running around and we've really enjoyed getting to know our class of little friends. The activities and projects are so cute and space week was a huge hit!!
